I have been taking sertagen since October 2021. I've been feeling bad since March. Headache, slight dizziness, memory problems, hair loss with bulbs and worst of all, bleeding from the genital tract or from the anus. Could these be side effects of taking this drug?

Yes, the symptoms mentioned above may be a side effect of taking Sertagen. If you have experienced bleeding from the genital tract and anus, you should immediately notify your doctor and inform him about it. More than 1 in 10 patients taking Sertagen may experience headache and dizziness, while hair loss and memory impairment were slightly less common for 1 in 100 people. The active substance sertaline contained in this medicine may also cause a decrease in platelets, resulting in an increased tendency to bleed.
