Is it possible that a piece of the tablet went back into my mouth during a conversation 2 hours after taking the tablet?

Good morning, today I was sipping the Vibin contraceptive pill with a whole glass of water. After a while I felt a slight feeling as if I had something in my throat, so I drank another glass of water and after 1.5 hours after the tablet I bit a piece of bread roll and the feeling passed. Is it possible that a piece of the tablet went back into my mouth during a conversation 2 hours after taking the tablet? I felt like something jumped from my throat to my mouth, but maybe it was saliva.

To @Magda: Yes, protection is preserved.

So the protection is preserved?

Since you did not spit anything out and vomit, there is no indication to take another tablet.

The food content did not go back and I did not spit anything out or vomit. Do I need to take another pill? Is the protection preserved?

It does not seem possible for "a piece of the tablet to go back into the mouth during a conversation" 2 hours after taking. The principle of operation of the digestive tract, the mechanism of work of the esophagus and gravity cause that food, liquids, drugs after ingestion move to the stomach and remain there. The regression of food content from the stomach to the esophagus is not physiological - it occurs with reflux and in the case of vomiting. In addition, after 2 tablets after swallowing, the tablet would probably be completely dissolved and most likely absorbed in a large part.
