Yes, Octenisept can be used in intimate infections, because it has antibacterial and antifungal effects. It can be sprayed on the external genitals or used vaginally with an additional vaginal applicator. It can also be used during treatment with globules, as long as the time interval between the preparations is sufficient - e.g. such as you proposed, Octenisept in the morning and globules for the night.
