Is Ircolon a replacement for Debretin?

Good morning, if I have a package of 100 tabl written on the prescription. debretin, and in the pharmacy there is no such package (it is available but a package of 30 tablets) - and I have to choose them in this particular pharmacy because I have already bought drugs from this prescription earlier - can Ircolon be a substitute? Or what else could be a replacement?

As for the package of 100 tablets, it is called Ircolon, and it is the equivalent of the drug Debretin, but another Polish manufacturer.
