Can I use St. John's wort for palpitations on a nervous background? What preparations from St. John's wort to use?

5 years ago I had ablations. I do not take any medication permanently sometimes I have palpitations but probably on a nervous background. Can I use St. John's wort? if so, which preparation is the best and how to take it?
