Neurovit contains high doses of B vitamins, m.in vitamin B6 at a dose of 200 mg, so taking further preparations with this vitamin is not a good practice due to the risk of its overdose and side effects. In preparations containing magnesium with vitamin B6, it occurs in much lower doses (up to about 10 mg per tablet), however, it should be remembered that taking vitamin B6 in doses exceeding 50 mg per day for more than 6-12 months or at a dose of more than 1 g per day for more than 2 months may result in nerve damage.
