These "pustules" look like such a rash. I used pimafucort for a month, but the dermatologist I was with told to stop, because it was better and recommended lubrication with Acne derm cream for discoloration, which I had left after these pustules, but also recommended the use of pimafucort if such pustules appeared again. I used Acne derm and after two days it started to come out again

It is difficult to say, because we do not have information about what disease the "pustules" mentioned by you are associated with, how much time and how they have been treated so far. Perhaps the drug was discontinued too quickly or the cause of the "pustules" was not eliminated and Pimafucort only masked the symptoms.
