How to give a 6-year-old Imupret, Grintuss and Nebudose Hailuronic?

Due to a dry cough caused by discharge flowing down the throat, the doctor prescribed a 6-year-old child Imupret 5x10 drops, Grintuss syrup and inhalations with nebudose hialuronic. In what configuration/order should these drugs be administered?

Imupret drops should be administered 5 times a day (less every 3 hours) for 10 drops added, for example, per tablespoon of water - until the symptoms disappear. Grintuss syrup is given in the amount of one teaspoon from 2 to 4 times a day depending on the severity of the cough. The last dose should be given before bedtime. Inhalations using Nebudose Hialuronic can also be repeated 2-4 times a day depending on the need. All these preparations can be used independently of each other and of food.
