When used correctly, Euthyrox should lower TSH levels. Regarding the interpretation of the test results, you should go to the doctor - in this case, preferably the endocrinologist who is leading you. Based on the remaining results and medical history, he will be able to determine the cause of such changes. You may need to increase the dose of the drug. In order for Euthyrox to be absorbed properly, it should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach - at least 30 minutes before breakfast, washed down with a small amount of water.
