Are the sugar crystals on a bottle of Rupafin syrup normal?

Good morning, if after opening a new, fresh drug rupafin on the bottle is visible as if white, sticky sugar is this is a normal phenomenon?do you have to return such a drug to the pharmacy, can you give it to the child? And the second question is whether after opening the drug rupafine store in the refrigerator.

Rupafin syrup contains among its auxiliary components a large amount of sucrose (sugar). It is responsible for the consistency of the syrup and its taste qualities. Precipitation of sugar crystals on the walls of the bottle may indicate a higher storage temperature (e.g. during transport) or leakage of the bottle. Have you noticed other quality defects in the product? Precipitation of the drug sediment, change of color in relation to the color specified by the manufacturer in the leaflet (yellow clear solution)? Answering the second question: no, Rupafin syrup does not need to be stored when opened in the refrigerator. I encourage you to read an extensive article on this topic: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-przechowywac-leki and to read the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/68238/rupafin-plyn/ulotka/
