Hello, my son got the antibiotic AZYCIN 200mg/ 5ml 30ml. I added a syringe 3x5 ml and 1x1.5 ml, but on the Internet writes to add 4x5ml and 1x1.5 ml. So my question is, how much water do I finally have to give?

When making 30 ml of Azycin 200mg/5 ml suspension, add 16.5 ml of boiled cooled water. To do this, measure 3 times with the attached syringe 5 ml of water and 1 time 1.5 ml of water. The described method of 4x5ml and 1x1.5ml applies to a preparation for the preparation of a suspension with a weight of 37.5 ml. Preparation of the suspension as described in the leaflet ensures completeness of the dosage. The resulting quantity, shown in the photo, seems to be correct. You should have a total amount of suspension (including residues on the walls) of 35 ml (each bottle contains 5 ml of excess medicine): https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/8459/azycyna-granulat-do-wytworzenia-zawiesiny/ulotka/132275
