Can a 9-year-old child take Delortan at a dose of 5 mg?
Can a 9-year-old child take a higher dose of Delortan? The pediatrician prescribed Delortan tablets 5 mg, so the dose from 12 years. The pharmacist pointed this out and now I do not know if I can use such a dosage on my daughter. And the tablets are small and indivisible.

The doctor may have ordered a higher dose of the drug, e.g. due to the higher body weight of the child (>30kg). Of course, if you have doubts whether there was a mistake, it is worth calling a doctor and asking about it.
