Praziquantel is practically the only remedy for flukes. It is available in Germany on prescription with Polish. A pack of 6 tablets costs e120. It is also cheaper in France and the Netherlands. However, this drug is known and widely available in Asia, in packs up to 100 tablets, i.e. appropriate for the dosage of flukes. Ask your pharmacist and doctor about your destination import.
