Good morning, I have been diagnosed with anxiety disorder with somatization. From 2 weeks takes Dulsevia 30mg and Lorafen temporarily. Unfortunately, for 3-4 days I suffer from a lack of appetite, indigestion (as if the digestive system practically did not work), such a feeling as in the case of poisoning. Is this a normal process of action of the drug and after some time it should let go? Taking lorafen for these symptoms does not help.

Thank you for the information. In my case, Dulsevia had to be discontinued after two weeks and the drug had to be changed to Sulpiride Hasco. Of course, all under the supervision of a doctor. After discontinuing Dulsevi, I literally immediately had an appetite and stomach pains and indigestion disappeared. I stopped losing weight and waking up in the morning with headaches and stomach pains just like with food poisoning. I feel much better.

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, response to treatment with Dulsevia is usually observed after 2-4 weeks of therapy. One of the most commonly reported side effects in patients taking Dulsevia is nausea, abdominal pain, indigestion, etc. However, most of the most commonly reported adverse reactions were mild to moderate in severity, usually occurred shortly after the start of therapy and in most cases resolved as treatment continued. So this is the natural process of action of the drug. Lorafen in this case will not be helpful.
