According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, nightmares and/or sleep paralysis have not been reported as side effects of Absenor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/1418/absenor-tabletki/ulotka/126103 Factors that increase the risk of sleep paralysis are: - inadequate sleep hygiene: late bedtime, sleep deprivation, irregular bedtimes, - severe stress or emotional tension, - dependence on alcohol, drugs, psychoactive substances. Sleep paralysis is also sometimes confused with epileptic seizures and sleep apnea. In this case, I encourage you to consult your doctor, who will recommend the appropriate therapeutic treatment for you tailored to your current clinical condition.
