What to do if part of the Pimafucin globule has flowed out?

I am 26 weeks pregnant the doctor prescribed me pimafucin 6 tablets for inflammation. I put on the first tablet, but after a while I had to stand out. A tablet in a large amount furious. Should I take one more or today already leave as it is and the remaining 5 tablets take in the following days? Can this affect the effectiveness of the treatment?

Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict how many globules of Pimafucin remain inside the vagina. In the event that the globule has flowed out in liquid form, there is a high probability that it has dissolved and has begun pharmacological activity. It is not recommended to "add" another tablet, due to the possibility of e.g. local irritation. Please use the next tablets as directed by your doctor (immediately before bedtime). In the meantime, I encourage you to consult your doctor. You may need to extend the treatment by that one missing day by using the tablet from the new package. Shortening the therapy may reduce the effectiveness of treatment: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/61826/pimafucin-globulki-dopochwowe/ulotka/204489 I encourage you to read additional materials that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-stosowac-preparaty-ginekologiczne https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/46870/pimafucin-czy-to-normalne-ze-globulka-pimafucin-po-kilku-godzinach-wypada-w-no
