The thiogamma leaflet states "Unless your doctor prescribes otherwise, the usual dose is 1 thiogamma-coated tablet (equivalent to 600 mg thioctinic acid) taken approximately 30 minutes before the first meal of the day." In your case, the preparation should be used in accordance with the doctor's recommendation. In order to ensure optimal absorption of the drug, Thiogamma should be used at least 2 hours after a meal and a minimum of 30 minutes before the next meal. Taking the drug with food will weaken its effect. Probably (after applying to the interval from the meal) application in the evening will have comparable effectiveness to the use of the drug in the morning: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/78522/thiogamma-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/182853
