Currently I'm on saxenda 2.4 mg I have to switch to victoze and now my question is how much to give victozy so that the doses match in the leaflet writes not to exceed 1.8? And normally in a week I should switch to a dose of saxendy 3.0 so then I have to take victozy two doses of 1.8 and 1.2 ?

For @Sysunia44: Monitoring the effectiveness of therapy and adjusting the dosage regimen should be carried out by the treating physician. Nevertheless, if the increase in the dose is associated with significant discomfort, it is allowed to return to the previous dose. You can read about the effects of treatment in the thread, to which I attach a link below: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/47500/saxenda-kiedy-powinien-pojawic-sie-pierwszy-wyrazny-spadek-wagi
Entering the dose of 2.4 feels terrible for three days nausea disgust to eat or return to the dose of 1 8?per week and then again enter a higher doctor said that it is possible that I will not have to enter at all on 3.0 only if it works to stay eg on 1.8 only how to check if it works what weekly loss should be?

These drugs have other indications for use, hence the entry in the leaflet with the maximum daily dose in both cases is different. However, both products contain the same active substance, in the same concentration and in the absence of Saxenda, Victoza can be used interchangeably. You can take 1.8 mg plus 0.6 mg of Vetsitus to get the same dose as with 2.4 mg of Saxenda. If you should take 3 mg of Saxendy in a week, you can use 1.8 mg plus 1.2 mg of Victoza alternatively. This procedure can still be consulted with your doctor.
