According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, photosensitivity is one of the rare side effects of Ketonal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/40048/ketonal-iniekcja/ulotka/25010 Skin reactions, including exfoliative dermatitis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome and toxic epidermal necrolysis, have been very rarely reported in connection with the use of Ketonal. The risk of such reactions is probably greatest in the initial period of treatment – in most cases they appeared in the first month of treatment. Therefore, if you observe the first signs of a rash, changes in the mucous membranes or any other symptoms of ketoprofen hypersensitivity, you should stop and contact your doctor, who will decide on further treatment.
