Gynazol does not affect reproduction, so it can be used by women during the reproductive period. There has also been no evidence of teratogenic (causing birth defects) effects of this medicine on the fetus. Usually, the cream is used in a single dose - so if you think that you may be pregnant, it is worth consulting a doctor before its application.
