Is spotting and bleeding after applying Gynazol normal?

Hello, on Saturday I applied ginazole cream and from Sunday evening I have spotting and sometimes stronger bleeding. Is This normal. I was supposed to start using the Oekolp forte suppositories from Monday and to be honest I don't know what to do. I have a follow-up visit for 1.5 weeks. Thank you for your answer if I get it

Bleeding/spotting after using Gynazol cream is not normal and it is difficult to say what its cause may be. Such action should be reported to the doctor on the occasion of the next visit. Reporting side effects to your doctor or individually allows you to gather more information about the safety of your medications and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane In this situation, you can continue treatment normally and start using Oekolp forte globules as directed by your doctor.
