My guess is that you are talking about Promonta 5 mg, not Prontotan. Promonta and Delortan contain other active substances - montelukast and desloratadine, respectively. Due to their different composition, they are used for other allergy symptoms. If you have noticed that your child's symptoms are getting worse after switching from Delortan, please consult your doctor about your doubts. Do not replace the drug on your own. I attach leaflets to both drugs: Promonta 5 mg: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/64448/promonta-5-mg-tabletki-do-ssania-gryzienia-zucia/ulotka Delortan: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/21658/delortan-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka
