Do Rispolept and Pralex affect sperm quality?
Good morning, the doctor changed my medication to rispolept 1mg and pralex 20 mg. Does it affect semen and how much? My wife and I are trying to have a child. Thank you

Animal studies indicate that the active substance pralex may affect sperm quality. At the same time, human studies show the absence of an effect of this drug on fertility in humans. The available data show that these drugs do not affect either sperm count or motility.
