The risk of side effects increases with the duration of therapy. It is likely that during treatment, even after a few months, symptoms of serotonin syndrome appeared, such as agitation, muscle tremors, clonic muscle seizures and hyperthermia. If you observe this type of disturbing symptoms, you should consult a doctor.
