Do Vesisol and the antibiotic Cipronex affect the effectiveness of the Kyleena contraceptive device?

Hi, I have put on a kyleena insert and saved the drug vesisol. Unfortunately, I got cystitis (blood in the urine, pain at the end of urination and constant pressure on the bladder) and Dr. Musowo gave me the antibiotic cipronex. Do these drugs not affect the action of the kyleena insert?

During oral antibiotic therapy, mechanical contraceptive methods, e.g. condoms, may be additionally used, but the risk of reduced effectiveness of the IUD is small (much lower than in the case of using contraceptive pills). More information can be found here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/13314/kyleena-czy-antybiotyk-ma-wplyw-na-skutecznosc-dzialania-wkladki-kyleena Vesisol does not affect the effectiveness of the IUD.
