For @EweLajna: Especially at the beginning of using contraceptive IUDs (e.g. Levosert), many women (more than 1 in 10 ) experience bleeding disorders such as prolonged and irregular mid-cycle bleeding. The body needs time to "adapt" to hormonal changes occurring under the influence of hormones supplied from the IUD. This period usually lasts from 3 to 6 months. If after this time the spotting persists, I suggest you go to the doctor. Probably, with each month of using the system, it will be possible to find a gradual reduction in the number and number of days of bleeding.
