An overdose of vitamin B6 is very rare – as a rule, it occurs due to improper supplementation when we exceed the dose of 200 mg of synthetic pyridoxine per day. Taking 1 capsule of Uridinex and 2 tablets of Maglek B6 will provide your body with about 13 mg of pyridoxine hydrochloride. Even bearing in mind the vitamin B6 provided in the diet, e.g. meat, bread, some fruits or vegetables - there is no fear that an overdose will occur.
