After one dose of xifaxan 2 tablets per night in the morning, he woke up with a rash on his chest and shoulders and a reddened itchy face. Despite this, I took two more doses of 2 tablets each. I don't know what to do next or who to contact. Please reply

Antiallergic drugs can be used on an ad hoc basis. e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/doustne-preparaty-na-alergie Despite everything, it is worth consulting a doctor (if contact with a specialist who has prescribed treatment is difficult, a family doctor is enough) who will decide on further proceedings. Side effects of drugs should always be reported, which we write about here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
