There are no contraindications to the use of melatonin during treatment with olanzapine and levomepromazine (Tisercin). Simultaneous use of olanzapine and levomepromazine may result in excessive depressive effects on the central nervous system, which may be manifested m.in by excessive sedation, drowsiness or problems with concentration. In rare cases, arrhythmias may also occur. These interactions are not a direct contraindication to the simultaneous use of both drugs, but it is worth being aware of the possibility of their occurrence, so that if disturbing symptoms are observed, immediately report it to the doctor.
