Diseases of the blood and hematopoietic system (haematological)
For 8 days I take neoparin 0.4 ml. I still have 2 injections left. I am after knee arthroscopy. Can stomach pain and nausea occur after injections? Is there any herbal or other medicine that will help with ailments so that it can be taken with neoparin?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, neither stomach pain nor nausea are described among the side effects of Neoparin: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/92384/neoparin-iniekcja/ulotka/227631 If you are concerned about the effects of the medicine, it is best to talk about it with your doctor who has been briefed in detail about your state of health. And before you get to the doctor, you can safely use symptomatic drugs, e.g. No-spa https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/54554/no-spa-tabletki/apteki
And you know that I had exactly the same symptoms as you, also adapting these injections, I just noticed abdominal pain, actually in the right hypochondrium and in the middle of the chest, shortness of breath and pain, as well as vomiting and constipation, it seems to me that this is where it all started, because before everything was fine, so maybe the symptoms do not match, but maybe it is some kind of novelty
I have the same thing, a feeling of heaviness on the stomach, a feeling of overeating after a small meal. I still have 4 out of 30 left for phlebitis. I'll see if anything changes when I'm done taking them
