Is it possible to combine Parogen with Mydocalm?

Witam.Przewlekkle I take Parogen.Recently I am bothered by a strong tension in the area of the neck and shoulder blades. Can I take Mydocalm?

Simultaneous use of these preparations is not recommended. Mydocalm may lead to an increase in the concentration of paroxetine (the active substance of parogen) in the blood, resulting in an increase in the side effects of Parogen. There are other skeletal muscle relaxants, available with a doctor's prescription, that will not interact with paroxetine.
