Is Cavinton Forte used for vestibular neuritis?
Hello. I am being treated for vestibular neuritis, I have been prescribed two drugs: polvertic and cavinton forte. As for the latter drug, reading about it and what it is used for, I can not understand why it was prescribed to me during my illness. In the tests in the hospital, nothing disturbing came out of me, nor did I have any stroke. Is this drug also used for vestibular neuritis?

Due to the unclear etiology of vestibular neuritis, only symptomatic treatment is used. Cavinton forte was probably recommended to improve microcirculation in the blood and increase blood flow through the vessels in the brain. This drug relieves neurological symptoms caused by ischemia of the central nervous system.
