Is it still possible to take Ketonal with Aglan and Sirdalud?

Good morning Takes from 3 days aglan in injections and for the night 1 tab Sirdalud 4 mg for sciatica. However, I got a period and I have a very painful first 2 days. Norlamnie I am prescribed ketanol forte for this pain. However, I don't know if in this case I can take it together. If not, what can I alternatively take for ketanol?

Do not combine Aglan with Ketonal, as this combination increases the risk of side effects, such as gastrointestinal disorders.
