For @Edyta: This combination can only be used with the indication of a doctor. Combining these drugs increases the risk of developing a health-threatening depression of the central nervous system. Additionally, such a combination can lead to intestinal obstruction and constipation. Therefore, if the combination of these drugs is necessary, you should strictly follow the dosage regimen established with your doctor. The use of anti-constipation measures should also be considered (especially for women and the elderly).

Due to the fact that all the drugs you are asking about are subject to prescription, therefore the legitimacy and need for their use in therapy is assessed by the doctor. However, they can only be used if they have been prescribed by the same doctor or if the doctors prescribing these preparations have been informed about what other medicines the patient is already taking. Concomitant use of tramadol (e.g., Skudex) and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors SSRIs (e.g., Asertin) may additively increase the risk of serotonin syndrome. Serotonin syndrome is manifested m.in confusion, agitation, fever, sweating, ataxia, hyperreflexia, muscle clonic seizures and diarrhea. This condition is distinguished by the so-called triad of symptoms, which includes: 1. Vegetative disorders, i.e. an increase in blood pressure, fever, diarrhea, vomiting and mydriasis. 2. Psychiatric symptoms, consisting of anxiety disorders, feelings of anxiety and confusion. 3. Neuromuscular ailments, i.e. recurrent cramps, pain and increased muscle tone. Therefore, if you observe this type of side effects, you should inform your doctor, who will decide on this basis about further proceedings.
