Do Glucophage xr and Isoptin sr have an impact on each other?

Good morning, I take glucophage 1000xr, I started taking isoptin 120xr do these drugs affect each other? The results of egfr and alt suddenly deteriorated. Best regards

This is a selected possible interaction of these drugs, informing about the statistical probability of its occurrence.
