If the pain does not go away, you can take Apap after 4 hours after the Diclac injection. Ibuprom should not be used because ibuprofen, the active substance in Ibuprom, belongs to the same chemical group as the substance in Diclac, diclofenac. Therefore, combining these substances increases the risk of side effects, such as gastrointestinal disorders.
