To @Halina: Tingling legs and frequent urination have not been described as possible side effects of these medications. However, headaches and dizziness may occur while using Neurovit. If symptoms persist, you should consult a doctor. If frequent urination is accompanied by, for example, lower abdominal pain, burning and itching of the intimate areas, then we may be dealing with a bladder infection. I take neurovite, vit d3 4000, still magnesium and I have headaches and tingling legs and frequent urination, whether it can be as a result of the above medication.

There is a possibility of side effects in case of abnormal, excessive intake of Neurovit. In the case of an overdose of vitamin B6, that is, taking doses greater than 50 mg of vitamin B6 per day for more than 6-12 months) or doses exceeding 1 g of vitamin B6 per day for a shorter period (more than 2 months) can lead to nerve damage (neurotoxic effect). In the case of vitamin B12, after taking very high doses, allergic, skin reactions were observed: eczema, mild acne, with these cases being rare.
