Diohespan, Diohespan Forte, Diohespan Max (I think it's about them because it doesn't find the preparation "Diohesam") are products with diosmin. Diosmin increases venous tension and has a protective effect on the vessels. In venous vessels, it reduces dilation and venous stasis. Improves the action of microcirculation. Indications for use are quite similar. The above preparations "increase the tension of the walls of the veins", but I have no information that they "expand" them.
