Is amenorrhea and positive pregnancy tests the fault of pregnancy, or could the cause be a cyst?

There was no menstruation in this cycle, a positive pregnancy test made of blood and urine. Surprisingly, the positive urine was already about 4 days before menstruation. At the beginning a weak line, now after about 1-2 minutes two lines are visible. Yesterday I was on ultrasound still nothing can be seen if it is pregnancy but there was a 5cm cyst on the ovary? And here my question is whether amenorrhea and positive pregnancy tests are the fault of pregnancy, or can the cause be a cyst?

A cyst or cyst on the ovary has no effect on the result of a pregnancy test from blood or urine, except in rare situations when this cyst is a tumor secreting placental gonadotropin, because this is the compound detected by these tests Under normal, physiological conditions, placental gonadotropin (beta-hCG) is a hormone characteristic of changes occurring after fertilization Pregnancy on ultrasound is noticeable not earlier, than in the 4th-5th week, but depending on the equipment and operator, it can be rather the 5th-6th week (counts from the day of the last menstruation). It is also believed that on ultrasound pregnancy can be seen when the concentration of gonadotropin in the blood is above 2000 mIU/ ml.

I would like to add that if it was a pregnancy, the age would be 4 + 3. Is it possible that it was invisible on ultrasound?
