To @Mark: You can keep a 2-hour interval.
This means that combo 37.5 +325 mg and sirdalud Mr 6mg I can take together orally or if it takes some time between the administration of medication let's say 2 hours first combo 2 tablets then sirdalud Mr 6mg before sleeping
