Should I stop using Pimafucin if spotting has occurred?

Hello, for 5 days I have been using Pimafucin globules, symptoms (burning, pain when urinating and itching) stopped, but yesterday there was a brownish coloration on the insert and today, apart from the coloration, I noticed smaller blood clots. I will add that I had my last menstruation a week ago so it is quite a worrying situation for me. Should I stop using the medicine? I have not yet encountered such an action and I have read a lot about it

Pimafucin in globules is generally well tolerated and bleeding is not mentioned as a known side effect of the drug. Some extremely rare side effects may not be listed in the leaflet, but statistically other causes should be excluded first. Pimafucin may sometimes cause a hypersensitivity reaction to the excipient or a slight burning sensation in the genital area after insertion of the globule. Since without a gynecological examination it is impossible to determine what is the cause of spotting, and the documentation of the drug does not give grounds to associate it with the use of Pimafucin, I suggest you contact a gynecologist.
