Bioprazol max, Kreon Travix and No-spa Forte (or No-spa Max) tablets do not affect the absorption and effectiveness of Drovelis tablets. Between bioprazole and Drovelis, it is worth keeping a minimum of 2 hours of interval. More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/16824/controloc-czy-controloc-20-obniza-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji If by "digestive disorders" you mean, for example, vomiting or diarrhea within 3-4 hours of taking the pill - yes, such disorders may reduce the effectiveness of contraceptive pills. If you experience other disorders, e.g. abdominal pain, indigestion, heartburn - such symptoms do not affect the effectiveness of contraception.
