Can I give the first dose of antibiotic at 13.30, the next at 21.30, and then continue to administer the drug every 12 hours so as not to wake the baby up at night?

If I gave the child a suspension of augmentin at 13.30, the second dose I can give at 21.30 (I have to give 2 times a day) and tomorrow normally every 12 hours, at 9.30 and 21.30, then I would not have to wake my daughter at night, and you know how sick and awake it is hard to give something. Please advise.

Yes, you can give the first dose in a shorter period of time, but then continue to use with an interval of 12 hours. Some specialists even recommend giving the first dose as soon as possible to accelerate the healing effect of the antibiotic. In this article you will find some tips on how to make it easier to give the medicine to your child: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-bezstresowo-podac-lek-dziecku I also attach the leaflet to the medicine: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/8045/augmentin-400-mg-57-mg-5-ml-proszek-do-wytworzenia-zawiesiny/ulotka/
