If I run out of Quensyl, can I take Arechin in return?

Good morning I have a question whether if I ran out of quensyl I can take arechin in return? And then switch to Quensyl again?

Arechin is not a replacement for Quensyl, so such a replacement should be consulted with your doctor. Arechin contains chloroquine phosphate, while Quensyl contains a newer variant of this substance: hydroxychlorchine.
