I do not see any irregularities in the dosage - the doctor changes the doses to choose them so that you feel the best. Tritace and Bisocard are different medicines with different mechanisms of action and there is no rule that you should take the same doses. Tritace is a drug used alone or together with other drugs in the therapy of hypertension and in the prevention of diseases of the cardiovascular system on an atherosclerotic background. The active substance of the preparation is ramipril, which in the body is activated to ramiprilate. This compound limits the formation of angiotensin II, thanks to which blood vessels relax and blood pressure is lowered. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/80006/tritace-5-tabletki/ulotka Bisocard is a preparation used in the treatment of hypertension, angina or heart failure. The active substance contained in the drug is bisoprolol, which belongs to the group of beta-blockers, which leads to a decrease in the frequency and strength of myocardial contractions. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/12147/bisocard-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka

Hello at a dose of 5mg bisocard in the morning and tritace 5mg in the evening I had an average of 122/68 but the pulse was 49-55 and I had dizziness in the morning and a glassy long, sometimes lack of energy then the dose was changed to bisocard 2.5 mg in the morning and tritace 2.5mg in the evening where after 6 days there are still slight dizziness and pressure 140/82 and tetno 66-70 . I also have a pain in the middle circle radiating to the left thigh (especially at night it burns, hatches). Now the doctor has recommended 2.5mg of bisocard in the morning and 5mg of tritace in the evening. Is it possible to have such different doses or should they always be the same eg 5mg in the morning and 5 mg in the evening.
