According to current medical literature, there should be no adverse interactions between these preparations that are harmful to health or the effects of drugs. Due to the fact that most of these drugs are prescription preparations, therefore the legitimacy and need for their use in therapy is assessed by the doctor. Please use caution when using Asertin and Trittico together. Such a combination carries an increased risk of an increase in the concentration of Trittco in the blood and an increase in side effects, including the occurrence of serotonin syndrome. Serotonin syndrome is manifested m.in confusion, agitation, fever, sweating, ataxia, hyperreflexia, muscle clonic seizures and diarrhea. This condition is distinguished by the so-called triad of symptoms, which includes: 1. Vegetative disorders, i.e. an increase in blood pressure, fever, diarrhea, vomiting and mydriasis. 2. Psychiatric symptoms, consisting of anxiety disorders, feelings of anxiety and confusion. 3. Neuromuscular ailments, i.e. recurrent cramps, pain and increased muscle tone. Therefore, if you observe this type of side effects, you should inform your doctor, who will decide on this basis about further proceedings.
