To @Marusz: In this case, there is a higher risk of side effects from this medicine compared to patients with a healthy liver. In patients with hepatic insufficiency, due to reduced clearance of sildenafil, a dose of 25 mg should be considered and the body's response monitored.

You may be allergic to one of the excipients of the drug. You can change the drug from sildenafil to a preparation from another manufacturer, if you again experience a rash - you can try to apply tadalafil. However, since these drugs belong to the same chemical group, it is likely that a similar symptom will also appear after tadalafil.
