Can the absence of bleeding after skipping a pill mean pregnancy, or not worry about it so much?

Hello. I started a new blister with which menstruation should begin. I take Naraya Plus tablets and it is already the 36th day of the cycle and always on the 25th day of the cycle period I got of course no spotting and the period is not so far and I am on the 5 active tablet and I will add that in the previous week I missed one tablet and the partner finished in me. Could that mean pregnancy or not worry about it so much?

Each naraya Plus blister contains 24 pink hormone tablets and 4 white placebo tablets in the 4th row. During the 4 days of using the white placebo tablets (placebo period), bleeding (so-called withdrawal bleeding) should occur. You did not explain which pill you missed and when the intercourse took place. However, if you missed 1 pink tablet and did not follow the algorithm on page 13 of the leaflet: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/51551/naraya-plus-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/181029 the protection against pregnancy may not have been preserved. If there is no withdrawal bleeding, then before starting the next blister, you should exclude pregnancy. The documentation of the drug recommends contacting a doctor. You can also do a pregnancy test on your own.
