For 4 days I unknowingly gave the child not 2.5ml but 5 ml per day of Hitax syrup 0.5mg / ml. I thought the teaspoon I was using was 2.5 ml. The daughter is 3 years and 11 months old. Should I be worried? Should I report this to the pediatrician?

If you have not observed any disturbing symptoms, then there is no need to report it. Giving too high doses of this medicine, also in children, usually only increases the likelihood and severity of side effects, such as headaches, dry mouth, diarrhoea or drowsiness.
