In therapeutic doses, the drug knocks down the work of the heart. Cardiac arrest was observed only in case of significant overdose (2-16 g of the drug per day). I attach a link to the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/11923/biosotal-tabletki/ulotka/4574
